AI automations & agents for you and your company. $5,000/mo.
I work directly with you to save your team hours, find what's worth automating, and ship the AI that actually moves your business. Unlimited requests, one task at a time, pause anytime.
// 2 hours with me every week. unlimited builds in between. one operator, no proposals.
You're losing hours every week to work AI can already handle. Your team can't stop what they're doing to build it. A full AI hire takes months and costs more than a Tesla.
That's where I come in. I sit with you, figure out what's actually worth automating, and ship it. Tight automations, autonomous agents, voice agents that take calls and close deals, personal assistants, sales sidekicks, ops co-pilots — whatever moves your business forward. I save your team time, and I help you spot what to tackle next.
What I build for you
/ capabilitiesWorkflow automations
Zapier-grade glue between your tools, but smarter and built to your shape. The boring stuff that quietly saves 20+ hours a week.
Deployed autonomous agents
Real agents that live in your stack and do the work for you — browsing, calling APIs, drafting, deciding. Hermes, OpenClaw, Claude Computer Use, or hand-rolled — whichever fits the job. Tool-use, planning, memory, the whole agentic stack. Not demos.
Personal AI assistants
An agent for one specific person — your inbox, your exec's calendar, your top rep's deals. Knows the context, drafts, schedules, summarizes, escalates the things that actually need you.
Internal copilots & team agents
Chat interfaces and team-level agents tuned to your workflows. Slack, web, Teams — wherever your people work. Grounded in your data, with the right tools wired in.
Voice agents
AI on the phone for you. Inbound customer support, outbound sales calling, voice receptionists, voice schedulers. Routed through your number, your tone, plugged into your CRM. Built on Vapi, Retell, or hand-rolled.
Lead generation agents
Agents that find your next customers while you sleep. Scrape LinkedIn / Apollo / Crunchbase / your sources, score against your ICP, verify emails, enrich firmographics, drop the qualified ones into your CRM ready to call.
RAG over your data
Q&A copilots trained on your docs, code, support tickets, or knowledge base. Citations, freshness, eval — built right.
Fractional AI advisory
Two hours every week with me — call, plan, decide what to build next. I sit in your meetings, write your AI roadmap, and tell you honestly where AI actually helps (and where it doesn't).

I ship — and we meet weekly
Top of your queue is what I'm working on. Most tasks ship in days, complex agents 1–2 weeks. Plus 2 hours every week with you on a call to plan, decide, and steer what's next.
Example builds
/ what this looks like in practiceAP invoice → accounting system
Inbound invoices parsed, validated, and posted into your ERP. No more typing.
Sales-call analyzer agent
Transcribes calls, extracts action items, scores deals against your playbook.
RAG copilot over your handbook
Slack bot that actually knows your internal docs. Answers in seconds, cites the source.
CRM-to-Slack lead alerts
Qualified leads land in the right channel with context. Reps act, no inbox-diving.
Bank reconciliation agent
Reads bank statement PDFs, matches transactions to invoices in your accounting system, flags anomalies, posts the rest automatically.
Support triage agent
First-tier tickets routed, tagged, and answered. Your humans only see the hard ones.
Daily ops report generator
Pulls KPIs from across your stack, writes a plain-English summary, lands in your inbox at 7am.
Personal AI assistant
An agent that runs your inbox, calendar, and notes. Drafts, schedules, summarizes, asks before doing anything material. Built for one person.
Voice customer support agent
Takes inbound calls 24/7 in your tone of voice. Answers FAQs, books appointments, handles refunds, escalates anything tricky to a human with full context.
Outbound voice sales agent
Calls warm leads, qualifies them in natural conversation, books meetings on your reps' calendars. Sounds human, plays nice with your CRM, never sleeps.
B2B lead-gen agent
Pulls fresh prospects from LinkedIn, Apollo, and your sources every morning. Scores them against your ICP, verifies emails, drops the qualified ones in your CRM. Your reps wake up to a hot list.
Inbound lead qualifier
Triages every form submission and sales email. Researches the company, enriches the contact, classifies fit, pings your rep on Slack if it's hot, archives the noise.
One flat rate. No proposals. No retainers. No surprises.

Hey, I'm Nemanja.
I've been shipping software for over 20 years. The last few years I've been building AI automations and agents — mostly for my own companies. That's where I get to see, in production, what actually moves the needle vs. what just sounds good in a pitch deck.
I started AutomateLikeCrazy because most CEOs don't need another AI strategy deck. You need someone who'll sit down with you, look at how your business actually runs, and ship the thing that saves your team 20+ hours a week — and tell you honestly when AI is the wrong answer.
Think of me as your fractional Chief AI Officer. You're not hiring a worker. You're hiring a founder who's built and run his own companies, knows what actually creates leverage in a business, and lives deep in the AI stack. I sit on your side of the desk because I've sat in your chair.
No agency layer. No junior staff. You hire me, you get me.

FAQ
/ the real questionsWhat counts as a task?+
Anything in scope of AI work. New builds — automations, autonomous agents, voice agents, lead-gen pipelines, internal copilots, integrations. Deploying an agent into a new channel or tool. Adding capabilities or new tools to an agent you already have. Tuning prompts, swapping the underlying model, refactoring, scaling something up, fixing what's broken. Migrating builds between providers. If it's the next thing in your queue, it's the next thing I work on.
What if my project is bigger than a week?+
Some builds genuinely take two or three weeks. That's fine — we still work on one at a time so you always know what's shipping next. I won't pad an agent project to milk hours; I won't pretend an agent is a one-day job either.
Can I pause or cancel anytime?+
Yes. Pause and your configs stay archived — restart and we pick up where we left off. Cancel and we'll talk about either keeping it running on a maintenance plan or migrating it to your own infra.
Who owns the code?+
You get a shared GitHub repo with everything I build for you — full read access, fork whenever you want. You get a non-exclusive license to use the result forever. I keep the right to reuse generic patterns and templates across other clients (otherwise I couldn't have other clients).
What about API tokens, infra, and runtime costs? Really unlimited?+
For internal-use builds, yes — I cover the model tokens (Claude, GPT, Gemini), the n8n / Make / server instances, vector stores, hosting, the whole runtime stack. No surprise '$400 OpenAI bill' conversations at month end. Two carve-outs to be upfront about: (1) Public-facing services where token spend scales with your end customers — a chatbot serving 10,000 users a day, a consumer AI feature, a public API. (2) High-volume voice agents — TTS, STT, and telephony minutes add up fast, so reasonable usage (internal voice tools, a low-volume reception line, a few hundred outbound calls a month) is included; mass-market call-center volume gets priced per-minute on top. In both cases, we'd either build on your accounts with you paying usage directly, or add a clear per-usage line item on top of the $5k. We'll figure it out together before we start — no surprises.
What tools and agent frameworks do you use?+
Whatever the job needs. Automation glue: n8n, Make, Python, TypeScript. Models: Claude, GPT, Gemini, occasionally Llama or local. Agent frameworks: Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Assistants, n8n agent nodes, Hermes, OpenClaw — or hand-rolled when those don't fit. Browser/computer agents (OpenHands, browser-use, Claude Computer Use) when the work lives in a UI. Voice stack: Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs, Deepgram. Vector stores, custom servers, whatever the job needs. I pick the stack that fits, not the one I'm trying to sell you.
How secure is this with my data?+
Production builds run on isolated infrastructure with secrets managed in proper vaults. I sign NDAs. I won't train any model on your data. We can route everything through your own cloud accounts if your compliance needs it.
Who's a good fit?+
Companies who have repetitive work eating their team's time, or a clear AI use case they don't have the in-house skill to ship. Founders who want a fractional AI lead without paying €15k/mo for a hire.
Who's not a good fit?+
Companies wanting a hands-off 'AI strategy deck' with no execution. Teams hunting for the cheapest provider. People expecting an agent that fully replaces a department in week one — that's not how this works.
Why no testimonials yet?+
I'm onboarding the first cohort. When real clients agree to be named, they'll be here. I'd rather have empty space than fake quotes.
Can you actually build complex agents, or just simple automations?+
Both. I've shipped multi-step agents with tool-use, RAG, long-running workflows, and proper evaluation harnesses. Get a call from our AI rep and we'll show you what's possible for your specific stack.
